Please Note: Willow Creek Care Ltd and Willow Creek Properties CIC operate strictly non-regulated services. To comply with English regulations, our staff never provide personal care.

We cannot assist with:

• Physical hygiene tasks (e.g., washing, bathing, showering, or toileting).

• Dressing or undressing.

• Medication administration or clinical tasks.

Because we do not deliver personal care, our services do not fall under the scope of Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulation, and we are not required to be registered. Tenants always retain the absolute legal right to source personal care from an external, CQC-registered provider if their physical health needs change.

Supported Living

We assist our clients, age 18 to 65, in finding the right home and support they require at home.

We Empower Independence
"We provide tailored, practical and supported living services designed to help individuals maintain their independence at home.

Our services focus entirely on practical assistance, emotional well-being, and skill-building. We do not provide CQC-regulated personal care.

What We Provide:

• Independent Living Skills: Hands-on coaching for grocery shopping, healthy meal preparation, household budgeting, and domestic tasks.

• Community Access & Inclusion: Escorting clients to social groups, volunteer placements, job centres, and recreational activities to combat isolation.

• Welfare & Well-being Visits: Regular emotional support check-ins, companionship, and reassurance to help manage daily anxiety.

• Appointment & Admin Support: Helping clients schedule and attend GP, dental, or local authority appointments.

Securing A Home

Willow Creek Properties C.I.C partners with reputable landlords, housing associations, and local authorities to source and manage high-quality properties tailored to our clients' needs.

How We Assist with Housing:

• Sourcing Properties: We locate safe, accessible, and well-maintained homes within supportive neighborhoods.

• Tenancy Management: We assist our clients with understanding tenancy agreements, setting up household bills, and managing rent.

• Homelessness Prevention: We provide early intervention and ongoing housing support to ensure long-term stability and prevent tenancy breakdown.
