Carbon Reduction Plan
Supplier Name: Willow Creek Care Ltd & Willow Creek Properties CIC
Publication Date: 30/07/2026
Commitment to Achieving Net Zero
Willow Creek Care Ltd and Willow Creek Properties CIC are committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050 at the latest. We aim to actively beat this target by embedding sustainable practices into our supported living, property management, and floating support operations within our operational boroughs.
Baseline Emissions Footprint
Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.
As Willow Creek Care Ltd and Willow Creek Properties CIC are newly established organisations (incorporated in 2026) currently in the startup and launch phase, we have no historical trading data. Therefore, our first year of active operations will serve as our Baseline Year.
Baseline Year: Year 1 Operations 2026
Baseline Year Emissions: To be calculated retrospectively at the end of the first financial year.

Reporting Year: First Year Active Trading (Current Setup Phase)
Note: Current emissions match the baseline definitions above as a newly formed entity.
Emission Reduction Targets
To continue our progress toward achieving Net Zero, we will implement the following targets during our first 5 years of contract delivery:
Achieve a 15% reduction in employee commuting emissions per capita by Year 3.
Ensure 100% of corporate waste from property management (CIC) is recycled or diverted from landfills by Year 2.
We project that our carbon emissions will track below industry baselines for floating support services, targeting an operational maximum of 5.0 tCO₂e total footprint once full service delivery in London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire is scaled.
Carbon Reduction Projects
Completed/Standard Carbon Reductions
As a startup, we have built carbon reduction directly into our foundational operational model:
Tenure-Neutral Floating Support: Staff will deliver floating support utilising public transport (London Underground, Overground, and buses) and walking/cycling routes within London, avoiding carbon-intensive single-occupancy vehicle travel.
Paperless Operations: Willow Creek Care Ltd operates a digital-first policy. Care planning, staff scheduling, assessments, and progress logs are 100% cloud-based to eliminate paper waste.
Sensory & Energy Efficient Properties: Willow Creek Properties CIC prioritises energy-efficient appliances, LED lighting, and smart thermostats in all sourced accommodations to optimize energy consumption for neurodiverse residents.
